Himalayan Indian Cuisine Market Square Building

One of the few Indian restaurants I know of in Wyoming. It was solid; if you like spicy, get a 7 or higher on their scale. The lamb and chicken dishes I got were AMAZING, and the serving size is generous enough for 2+ meal's worth, especially with the included rice and bread. They also have a small store, which is really nice. They didn't have cardamon pods at the time, so the lady literally gave me a handful from the kitchen since I haven't been able to find any around here. Such sweet people, delicous food

Food was delicious! The service was slow because they were busy, but nice people. I forgot to take pics, my bad. Naans and lamb curry were excellent.

I’ve never been a fan of Indian food, after going vegan and finding that there aren’t many vegan friendly restaurants in casper, I decided to give it another try. I now absolutely love this specific Indian food restaurant. I love, love, love the chana masala with chickpeas. I always get it at 6 for spicy level and it is so good with the right amount of spicy.

For never trying Himalayan food before we were very impressed. Food was great, service was great, the cook Colden, came out and talked to us and showed his pride in cooking such yummy food! Vegetarian options, goat, lamb. We ordered Himalayan iced tea and masala tea. Both were very tasty and similar to Chai. We ordered 8 different plates to try a bit of everything. Everything was tasty a little spicy. We ordered the variety plate of Naan(perfect for famlies) the garlic bread naan was the best, Himalayan specialty plate, chicken masala, tandoori takiki, lamb masala, vegetable curry, everything came with white basmati rice. SERVICE WAS GREAT. She suggested so many things for new comers and super nice and polite and patient. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

They also have a small load that is really beautiful. they had no kardssacks at the time, so the lady literally gave me a handful of the kitchen since I couldn't find any. such sweet people, delices eat
