Branding Iron - Casper

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and the staff is helpful and pleasant. The wedge salad here can compete with any wedge salad at a fancier steak house - it was one of the best I've ever had. The spicy pig belly soup was also very flavorful, with just the right amount of heat.

While traveling through Casper, we stumbled upon Branding Iron, which came highly recommended by travel advisors. The service and food were outstanding, with a selection of local beers on tap. The burgers were impressively large and packed with flavor. I ordered the Casper burger, topped with pig belly and macaroni and cheese, and it was absolutely phenomenal. My wife opted for the Milwaukeee burger, which featured three different types of cheese and was equally delicious. The burgers were made with fresh, thick patties that were clearly made from high-quality meat. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience at Branding Iron.

We had the black salmon and it was delicious! The waitress was absolutely wonderful. Loved the fun atmosphere in the restaurant.

Good happy hour and menu. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich with Brussel spouts and it was fantastic. Service was great and the bathrooms were clean. You also have many TVs to watch sports games. Many burgers and other food options as well as

The food is so good.....homemade cream of mushroom soup and Mac and cheese!...Got to try the green chili sauce. Hamburgers are YUGE! and hand crafted.
