Springsteens Diner - Carrickfergus

The restaurant has a really safe and separate gluten-free menu, with separate fryers and gluten-free rolls. I ordered the same food as my sister-in-law, but hers looked different (as it should be, since one was gluten-free and the other was not). Both dishes were delicious.

I had a disappointing dining experience at this restaurant in December 2022. They offered a gluten-free menu, but when I inquired about separate fryers, they admitted they only had one fryer working for both gluten-containing and gluten-free dishes. Since they couldn't guarantee any safe options for me, I had to leave without eating.
