Bidrage med feedbackThe menu is easy to read, with clear text. I ordered the lamb tikka mushroom dopiaza with boiled rice. The price of the lamb tikka was £12.95, and the boiled rice cost an additional £2.75. It was a bit surprising that the rice was not included in the main course price, but overall, I found the total cost of £15.70 to be reasonable for a delicious meal. The food at this restaurant is excellent.
We have dined here once a week since the place opened. I guess that's about 450 times. I've never been disappointed and know that the Mayur always aim for excellence. Try the chattinad or the Naga and maybe a side of Aloo saag. Thanks for all the delectable meals/drinks and good company we have enjoyed at the Mayur as you reach your ninth anniversary
Comprehensive menu. Poppadoms were accompanied by 3 tasty dips, the salsa one being very spicy. Onion bhajis were good accompanied with another spicy sauce. The mains were delicious full of flavourful tender meat. Staff were friendly. Highly recommended.
Not reviewed on here for a while. Everything has been pretty standard Untill now. This is by far the best Indian food I have ever had. Wife agreed. Just outstanding people and food. Loved it
I had made a reservation for 7:30pm at The Mayur, but by 8pm we were still waiting to be seated. Despite a couple without a reservation being seated, the owner suggested we share a table with them. This poor customer service and apparent overbooking left us very disappointed. We have been regular customers at The Mayur for both dining in and takeout, but after this experience, we walked out and will not be returning. Instead, we found a lovely meal at another Indian restaurant in Carrick. If I could give The Mayur a 0 rating tonight, I would.
