Waited 2 hours for a server to come and give us water. Food was decent.

If you’re looking for well sourced farm to table food in this area, drop by you won’t be disappointed. From the friendly and accommodating manager to the professional servers, the experience was great. This place has a very cool atmosphere and even has some local art on the wall for sale. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich if you drop by for lunch, the mustard barbecue sauce tantalizes the taste buds and I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. the brioche bun had the perfect amount of softness with a little crunch. The beet and Brussel salad was also very good. Parking: There are multiple shops inside the same shopping center so parking can be at a slight premium. You may have to park in the lot adjacent.

Gray experience! We sat outside. I have a suggestion. Placing candles in outside tables. Flies were a bit annoying and also ants in the table. Other than that all was excellent. The cheese table and mussels were amazing!!

Disappointing food. The short ribs were dry. The steak was fine but not fantastic and the devilled eggs were just okay. The lamb skewers were good. Our server was great. I'd gone back after a while after a couple of really great experiences and was somewhat disappointed.

Tandem is such a great spot in Downtown Carrboro! I highly recommend the burger and fries. The burger is one of the best I've ever had and perfectly seasoned! And the fries have an incredible herb mix with sea salt on top. Plus, Tuesdays are half off wine nights! It's a must visit while in town!
