Really good fresh Poke! The Tuna and Salmon were fresh. The sides and sauces, yummy! We will be coming back for sure!

Decent poke, but not the best I 've had. The Bay Area has waaaay better poke. The high-school kids/youngens working there really have no clue what they 're doing. Lack confidence and a good attitude. Just smile and say thank you for coming. Hope you like it! Sheesh. Need better training for these jobs these days. Oh well.

Hey, Had to argue with your employee today that 4 veggies are included with the Carmel bowl. Which I have order many times. Please train your employees. Thanks

Leaving Carmel area to realize, I just had the most expensive fast food poke for one person in my life: $24.16 to be exact (with tip). Coming from Seattle and NYC with similar concept, this place certainly outshines in being overpriced and overall confusing. First starts the menu there is no pricing of small, medium, or large which is fine if that is your concept but tell me what I am paying at the beginning so I know what to expect.... not at the end of the menu after going through all the ingredients on the board. I didn't think I had extras but based on my receipt, I had asked for extra spicy tuna which I thought again... was one scoop Hawaiian style and one scoop spicy tuna... nope, at least two scoops each is what it says. For concepts like these where fresh is everything and it is fast food, I could not see how fresh the proteins were or how it was made before deciding. Fish sitting out when it is slow and even with the fish cooled can still be dangerous. Nothing was covering the ingredients... at least not the first row closes to the gal putting it together so I took my chances. I asked her for suggestions and she did give some good ones. Even suggested which sauces I should put on the side. I really hope the young lady didn't see my shocked face when she took me the total because I was pretty disappointed. When I found myself a spot to sit, the first thing I dug into was the brown rice. It was hard then I tried the white rice since I got half and half.... that was hard too. Hard rice only meant it had been sitting around and the moisture was all taken out. I went back and asked for extra sauce to soak it up a bit with something. Fish was okay. Wasn't great. Nothing special. I have had better and for the price, I really had high expectations because of the reviews. At the end, I only ate half. Felt cheated in the overall process and ended up going next door to get a burger and shake instead. Two stars because the young lady was extremely nice and didn't rush the process. Took time to answer some of my questions.
