Supermac's - Carlow

Filty absolutely fifty. Toilets disgusting. Left and actually emailed supermacs head office as I felt dirty leaving the store. Just look at the burger we where giving.

Got 2 meals which were fine then we got 2 ice creams which were terrible the worst ice cream we ever ever tasted THIS is not supermacs usual icecream they always have great icecream which is real creamy. This was watery and icy. Are supermacs using cheaper icecream than usual? Won’t be going in here anymore. We will be going to Abrakebabra from now on.

I’ve eaten in this Supermacs many times and have always left very happy. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and it goes without saying that the food is delicious! I would definitely recommend going here.

Ordered 2 fish meals and was told it would be ready in 10 mins and staff number would bring them out to us. Restaurant was not busy when we called. We went to tables outside to wait. Table we were at was dirty and no member of staff came to wipe it. After 15 min I went to check what was happening to find the two meals sitting on trays on the counter. I asked if they were mine and staff member said yes. I asked where our drinks were and she said she would bring them out directly. I then requested perhaps the table we were sitting at could be wiped down. The staff member said she would come to wipe it. We went outside and eat the meal (which was not v warm) on the tray instead of dirty table. No staff member came to clean table or give us our drinks. When we had just finished meal a staff member came out with two lukewarm coffees which by that stage were not drinkable. I informed staff member I was not happy with with service but she just said she was sorry. I would not recommend this Supermacs and certainly will not be back.

I have order in advance for collection via app for a sit time and I always end up waiting longer because my food is not ready and when I said something to the manager was right we are busy and my reply was my order should have been ready for collection, this is always happening,I'm ordering in advance due to COVID-19 and yet people are still left waiting ages, I don't think they know what they are doing a lot of staff on and you do see them standing round, not a happy customer
