Possibly the best restaurant in Carlow. Salmon tartare was very fresh and chicken supreme was succulent and perfectly seasoned. The Bernaise sauce was also excellent.

Beautiful day to enjoy this lovely meal outside. It was a total win for our little family. Husband got a tasty Sunday roast which he thoroughly devoured, my son got to run around on the lovely grounds since it’s hard for him to sit still, I had a surprisingly tasty chickpea falafel vegetarian dish that was both tasty and filling. Service was spot on and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. My pet peeve has always been no soap /toilet paper in establishments so even before Covid it’s kinda a sticking point with me. Have already recommended to friends and would 100% come back again. It’s off the main road in the town center so kind of hidden but what a gem. Can’t say enough about the nice service and lovely atmosphere.

I drove over an hour to eat here, tried to call ahead but couldn’t reach them. According to google, there was no wait and we arrived over an hour before closing. Was looking forward to a gluten free lunch with my parents but they turned us away. Had plenty of tables inside outside but wouldn’t seat us. They say dine-in takeout but refused to even let us take something to go. I never post reviews for places I don’t eat at but this was a very disappointing experience and they could have easily accommodated three more customers. Luckily the art gallery next door was kind enough to let me use their toilets after my long drive.

The food was incredible and the staff are super friendly Also, gorgeous coffee and desserts!! Absolutely wonderful brunch.
