Eddie Rockets Carlow

The wait time at this restaurant is over an hour, with staff showing personal preference by serving their own orders before attending to customers in the shop. This is frustrating for patrons, especially those with children and those who have had to send back their food because it was served cold.

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. The young boy who served me and my children made a small mistake with my order, but it wasn't a big deal. However, when I asked for the bill and questioned why certain items had extra charges, as well as why we were given too many drinks that we didn't order, he had to ask someone else for clarification. I was unsure if this was a common occurrence.

I really enjoy Eddie Rockets, but I was disappointed with their delivery service. We had to wait a long time for our food to arrive, and when it did, we were missing a side dish that was supposed to come with our meal. Additionally, we received a vanilla milkshake instead of the chocolate one we ordered. Overall, it was not a great experience.
