Corries Bistro - Carlow

The food at this hotel bar is incredible. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dined here every evening. While it may not be high-end luxury cuisine, the traditional pub food like burgers, fish and chips, and pizza is of excellent quality, delicious, generously portioned, and great value for money.

This restaurant located in a hotel offers a menu of higher quality pub food. The prawns two ways starter was fantastic! The Batman dish was also excellent, as was the young female server. The only downside was that the atmosphere was lacking, but this may be due to it being midweek. It's possible that there is more excitement on the weekends, but it's uncertain.

I've been to Corries for dinner many times over the past few years but my visit in July will be the last Food was awful, 5 of 7 meals ordered were not good Worst was kids roast of the day which was cold chicken pieces, probably left overs from lunch I imagine Manager did give us a 15% discount and did not charge for the kids roast which I appreciated but even still I will not return Better options in the Carlow area

When for a meal with the wife here the food is lovelly and the staff are great well worte haveing a meal here if never have been

We were a family of 4 and each of us did not enjoy are meal for the price and the place it is in. The staff were great
