Nando's - Carlisle

First time at the place just last Sunday and I order a chicken burger. A few hours later I’m in the hospital with salmonella poisoning if had eaten two of them I would have died. So be aware at that Nando’s and look after your life

Great food a little pricey but tasty and well presented.

Staff were very helpful with our group of 4 adults and 4 kids on a busy Saturday afternoon and were very conscientious when dealing with kid's allergies.

Avoid this place. 40 minutes I waited for my meal and it was stone cold. Member of staff serving not interested in customer.

Upon entering the restaurant, we had a short wait due to the busy crowd. Maisie warmly greeted us and remained friendly during all customer interactions. Colin, whom I assumed to be the manager, was present in the restaurant ensuring smooth operations and promptly seated us despite the rush. The food arrived promptly and was of excellent quality, as usual. It was evident that other staff members were also encouraged to provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction, as reflected online by Maisie. Having previously managed a restaurant, I know how challenging it can be, but all the staff that evening were pleasant and attentive to customers.
