Utterly wonderful experience. Every course better than the last, everything was spot on even down to the timings of the dishes arriving not too long but not rushed through. Staff wonderfully helpful, explained everything, how it all worked and how the flavours went together. Couldn't fault anything. I've had the pleasure of dining at several Michelin Starred restaurants and for the life of me I don't understand why this doesn't have one (yet! . The staff were amazing and informative, the restaurant was very tastefully decorated and a very pleasant atmosphere and finally the food was superb. We had the full tasting menu and it was excellent value, delicious food. Some interesting options, some more out there courses, which is the entire reason you go to somewhere like this! I very rarely dish out a 5 star rating but when somewhere is faultless what other option do you have??
