Costa Coffee - Carlisle

The staff are always so polite and efficient.Keep on top of cleanliness .Would highly recommend.We visit whenever we are in Carlisle and are never disappointed.

Went for tea and coffee.sat outside tables dirty.street dirty.drinks were ok.saving grace toilets were clean.just like all the other coffee chains

Called in with friends, busy but staff soon cleared a table for us, 4 large coffees piping hot and well presented.

I felt an inconvenience to the staff. Unless asking what he could get me, and how much i owed him, the two members of staff behind the bar talked about their social life and Christmas plans to Each other making me feel rude by interrupting to ask for some water.

Our favourite costa in town. Always clean tidy. Staff are polite friendly. Even know our coffee order. Lovely relaxing atmosphere
