The employees that were working today had a bad attitude and I overheard them talking badly about a disabled man who ordered before me.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and did not add any meat cause apparently I don't eat meat. I set up a pick up and so take the pick up and later notice that there was beef added on to my menu. Such careless service!

This isn't one of the better Subways I've been to. Located in the SIU Student Center, it makes awesome business since students like myself are always packing the place. If you're looking for a fast lunch though, don't come here. It's generally pretty slow. Last time I was here, there was only one guy behind the counter and at least 6 people in line. That's insane. They're also pretty consistently out of cookies by like 1 in the afternoon, which is a bummer since they're open until 8 or so at night, and I tend to go as a last minute dinner, not for lunch. So, no cookies for me. This last visit, they were also entirely out of pickles, so I opted to get olives instead. Then, when I got home, I realized there were a few jalepenos thrown in with my olives, which was a gross bummer. The time before this, they were out of Italian Herb and Cheese. Fast food is fast food, so a Subway is a Subway. Just be prepared to wait a little longer, and have a backup sandwich in mind, since they seem to never be fully stocked on anything.
