Great, non-chain, Japanese steak house. The best hand rolled sushi in southern Illinois. The owner is the manager, head chef, and rolls all the sushi right at the front counter. Her children make up all of the rest of the staff. Great great food and atmosphere that remains remarkable and adorable. Vegetarian options: There are vegetable only dishes and rolls. Kid-friendliness: Great friendly PG atmosphere.
