If I could give this place a zero i totally would customer service was crappy ! The food was COLD AND TOOK A WHOLE! ONE PLATE WAS WRONG! They talk to much upon other people they have issues with honestly was just not even worth a dollar! USUALLY I DONT DO REVOEWS BUT THIS PLAVE LEFT US IN DISAPPOINTMENT

Terrible service to put it bluntly. Came in at around 9, asked if the tea had any caffeine because I have a dietary restriction and the employee said they didn't know...as someone who is a food service worker the bare minimum you can do is check the labeling or ask someone else. Yet they couldn't even do that and mind you I was the only one that was there in the store. That's just a health violation waiting to happen, quite disappointing Didn't have milk either even though there was still an hour and thirty left until closing, and didn't give me my change either when I paid in cash. Just go somewhere else. Paid 5.25 for some ice and syrup in a cup

IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO, I WOULD!! Super disappointed!! As a person who works at a boba shop I know what drinks are made of. When I went in today, first of all the guy in the register was EATING in front of the register when he was helping us he didnt even bother washing his hands, thats health department issue right there, first RED FLAG. Secondly, i ordered TIGER MILK TEA... when I saw him pull an orange drink I immediately thought he 's about to give me thai tea. So when i got the drink i asked him to make sure it was tiger milk tea bc it doesnt look like tiger milk tea.. LASTLY, when I sipped on the drink I knew I was right, it was thai fucking tea. The boba was super soft like its been cooked 8 hrs ago its only supposed to be 4 hrs, after that u gotta throw it away) When I went inside, I asked for a refund bc its not tiger milk tea, its thai tea. And they made it seemed like im dumb asf when even my bf said it was thai tea, and not tiger milk tea. I know tiger HAS BROWN SUGAR not ORANGE thai tea). So i asked for a refund and they wont give me a refund bc theres no manager? Like wtf kinda business is that? I dont want another drink, IM DISAPPOINTED i dont wanna be MORE disappointed? I just didnt feel like arguing anymore so I TOOK AN L BY THROWING THE DRINK. In conclusion, thats probably why the guy in the register got beat tf up bc he doesnt know what hes doing. ALSO, TAKE OFF TIGER MILK TEA OF YOUR MENU, CAUSE U GUYS DONT HAVE BROWN SUGAR LIKE THE 2 EMPLOYEES SAID.

Came tonight for a quick dinner. To be honest I'm definitely not coming back. Ordered to go. Didn't open it til I drove home but my order was not complete. Got a pineapple drink. Feels like I'm drinking pure sugar out of the straw. The employee there was distracted on the phone the whole time. This place needs improvement.
