Charcoal Korean Bbq - CANYON COUNTRY

My whole family loved this place. The thin sliced options are a bit thicker so that you actually get a better flavor out of them. A variety of side dishes that are all delicious. Their soup is AMAZING. We even liked that all the dishes were metal so that they kept the food warmer and are better for cleaning/disinfecting after. Unlike a couple of other places we recently visited, they swap out the cooking surface regularly so that you don't get the burnt taste. This has replaced our other favorite places in the SCV.

I live in Palmdale and there are not many good restaurants around. I always drive out to LA and the OC to find a different restaurant. I love Korean Bbq but my gums are sensitive and i have a difficult time eating the beef. To my surprise I didn't have to drive that far. This is the ONLY place that I have been to where the Boneless short rib Was so tender. I always come to Canyon country and pass by this restaurant. Nice and cozy, in the food for less shopping center. Staff was amazing, always making sure we were ok and if we needed anything. I will Definitely come back.

5 Stars!!!! I've become a regular. The service is friendly and accommodating. The food is great! It's one of the few places my picky kiddo would eat from. And did I say the food is great?! I mean even the veggie tempura are outstanding. We double up on that every time. Also the vibe is really cool here. Everything is super chill and relaxed . . . until the staff has been notified of a birthday. The room goes dim. The party lights come on. A special birthday song plays, as the celebrant is served their ice cream with candle. The best part is that ALL of the patrons get in on it and they all clap too. The only thing I would be mindful about this place is the wait. Sometimes you get lucky and there is no wait, but don't be surprised if there is a wait. It's been 50-50 for me.

The quality of this food is top notch in my opinion. Everything we got was fresh, especially the meat. The meat itself had great flavor even without adding anything to it like the extra sauce and stuff. They give you good sized portions for each item too which is nice. Definitely a lot of food so bring more than two people unless you have a huge appetite haha. Service wise they are fast! I swear we got there expecting a wait and was seated immediately! Then we had two servers come and ask us for our order like as soon as we got sat haha, and then when we did order our food came right away. It was actually nice cause we were starving! It's also really nice inside here. Lowish lighting which is good for dates. They have tvs to watch sports, they have cute Christmas lights as decorations which also gives it a little intimate feel. They do birthday celebrations! Overall I left feeling full and happy and I can't wait to try more next time.

Wow, for various reasons, we have not been here for a while and boy was it as good as before, if not better. Yetti and crew are amazing, not only is the service excellent but the food is just simply outstanding and everything you try is flavorful. I love looking around and watching everyone enjoy their meals. ONE BIG THANK YOU TO YETTI...... I'll be back for my Soju........... :
