TGI FRIDAYS - Canton (MI)

Brooke was friendly and attentive. The food was served hot and cooked perfectly. I ordered the whiskey glazed chicken with fries and breadsticks, which were amazing. The happy hour menu was excellent with select drinks priced at $4 all day, every day. I highly recommend downloading the TGIF app, as I was able to earn enough points to get my meal for free. The app is very user-friendly.

This restaurant is one of my favorites that I visit frequently. I always order the same thing, but it can be frustrating when I pay $10 for 4 pretzels and ask for extra butter, only to be given a cup of butter instead of having it melted on the pretzels when they come out of the oven. I ended up calling the management to address the issue and suggest they pay better attention to pick-up orders in the future. Initially, they claimed they didn't have a pick-up order for that night, but I insisted I had spoken to someone when I collected my food. Eventually, the manager confirmed that they were instructed to add extra butter to the pretzels. However, if that was the case, my pretzels shouldn't have been hard as if they had been sitting out all day. Despite this incident, I will still return next week, but I hope the new staff will pay closer attention to orders.

The experience was fantastic as usual! Heather provided excellent service for me and my boyfriend, and she even remembered me from our last visit months ago. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable, the service was great, and the food was delicious! I will definitely be returning again in the future.

5 STARS!!! 5 for great customer service! Curbside and pickup was very organized and scheduled pickup time was actually on time! So thankful that you were open for Christmas. Ordered a few family bundles and 5 stars for all the food. Best decision not to cook today... and enjoyed time as a family over a meal. Merry Christmas!

I was picking up an order for DD they have a side door just for pickup, not knowing this I went in front door but was immediately greeted shown where to go. I am very impressed by TGI Fridays staff they are super friendly and very helpful. 5+
