Bidrage med feedbackFor a city with Wendy's Corporate Offices, the Columbus Wendy's should be impeccable. My husband and I stopped into this Wendy's on Gender Road in Canal Winchester yesterday, 4/11/2024, and found it was definitely sub par. I gave the service 3 stars because the employees were cordial and served us in a timely fashion, but they also seemed overwhelmed by mobile orders. There was a lot of yelling coming from the prep area. The bathrooms were both out of order, the floors were sticky and slippery all at the same time. The condiment bar was disgusting. The ketchup containers looked like they hadn't been cleaned or refilled in forever. I had to go to the counter for packaged ketchup and the young man apologized. The fountain drink station was out of order. The burgers were dry and burnt, and the Christmas tree was still up. Also, the Dreamsicle frosty had no taste whatsoever. Where is Corporate with inspections? I don't know, maybe this Wendy's is going to close? Seems like it. :
Food is always fresh, and the employees are pleasant.
I was turned away before I could even open my mouth to say anything. Why not just be closed if you’re turning every customer away.
Got charged $6 for a BLT Crispy Chicken that has no tomato, bacon, cheese. Just the chicken and lettuce. No ice with our drinks.Lady with the long black glitter nails I would assume who’s the manager looked like she already had an attitude from the beginning.So with my complaint, I call the store and Miss “Manager” told me to just bring the sandwich back after the fact I touched and examined my food. Of course she has an attitude before and during the call.First and foremost, it’s very unsanitary to bring any food back to a restaurant once it has been touched. I told her I still have my receipt and a picture shown below and she told me just to bring the sandwich back or there is nothing else she could do.She couldn’t even at least apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge my confusion and frustration so I then to tell her I was going to contact the higher up’s of Wendy’s, she proceeded to say and I quote “go head”Little unprofessional from a “manager” if you ask me.Greg who was the cashier was so nice and respectful but I will not be returning here.This Wendy’s will have a downfall if they don’t hire people that have exceptional customer service.
