Six people behind the counter, who looked at me including the manager, and let me stand there for an unreasonable time before assisting me.Additional customers came in to eat and were treated the same way. No greeting and made to wait before taking their order. I went to the counter for a drink refill and was told by one employee, that they were out of sweet tea (which I had just ordered). As I walked back to my table another employee asked what I was trying to refill. I told her sweet tea and she got it for me. She asked the other employee why he said that they were out of sweet tea and he responded, I didn't want to give away tea. There was music playing in the restaurant with foul language and I had my child with me. The manager stated she was going to punch one of the employees in the face, while we were eating. Probably jokingly, but unprofessional non the less. Horrible dinning experience. Won't be back.
I accidentally placed, and payed for an order at the wrong location. I walked in this Wendy's and told them the situation and asked if I could pick up my order here, rather than drive 10 minutes away. They said no. The order was $2.16, so I just ordered a biggie bag at this location. Not only did I witness the manager talking down to her employee, because they had to use the restroom, it wasn't the most inviting atmosphere. The lobby lights weren't on, the pop machine had a limited selection because the flavors were out, so I had to ask the cashier to get my drink from the DT, that didn't make him happy, and no one was friendly. Not even a thank you. Do better!
The drive-through is never open and it's as if you are annoying them or taking up their busy day if you dare try to use it. I had to go inside to order which would be fine if there was any sense of hospitality. When my order was ready they simply left it on the counter and didn't say anything... this place seems very undermanaged... it's a wonder it's still in business
Place was a hot mess at 11:00 AM. We almost left but said let’s be patient. Stood forever for someone to acknowledge us. Worker right in front of us couldn’t even acknowledge us standing there. Then someone come and I repeated my order 3-4 times not sure it was ever right I gave up trying. Wouldn’t matter anyways places give you whatever they want anyways. Asked him to repeat it he did. I indicated something that seemed wrong was ignored. Other party with me placed their order repeating it a couple times. Then I have a frosty card and he has one and was told we both can’t get one. We had separate meals. After all that wasted time and aggravation that’s what done it. We left. If we get two meals it’s never been an issue since we bought two cards. Get them every year and rarely use them. We can pay two separate transactions but that’s more costly to the business. Which is stupid. So the policy is ridiculous and you lost our business. Buffalo Wild Wings not much difference in price and had an amazing experience and meal.
Just had the worst customer service experience at the drive-thru today (January 11, 2024 6:25pm)... very rude and disrespectful when I informed the older lady with the long pony tail I got the wrong drink... I took a double take at her repulsive response ? Employees like that makes you want to go to the competition, purposefully. And that I will do!!!! #SMH
