O'charley's Restaurant Bar

Had great service by our waiter. Clean environment, employees looked like they enjoyed their job. Food was quick, and very good.

Not impressed with the curbside to go. When I walked into the store, the hostess greeted me and asked if I was there for take-out. I told her I was and she said that person would be with me shortly. I noticed a bag of food on the counter, but just patiently waited for my employee. Five minutes later, they arrived and grabbed that food that had been sitting there for who knows how long. I asked to speak to a manager because I had fish in the order and because the hostess could have given me that bag as there was nobody in line. The manager remade the order and it was delicious. O'Charley's, please train your employees to not stand around while customers are waiting for their food right in front of their eyes.

Dinner and staff was excellent!! What a breath of fresh air compared to other restaurants we have been to lately! Our waitress was friendly and speedy! Pam a corporate marketing director was there and made our dining experience even better! Great place and great price for our party of 6! Bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh! We will return!

I could be a little biased because I think this is one of the cleanest, best prepared restaurants in the Canal Winchester area, but I had one of the best experiences tonight with Server John! I wasn't eating in a restaurant since before Kovid, but the food was fresh, John had a great sense of humor, and from the babies to the older, everyone in my family had a good time! We're here at 830 and they're closed at 9:00. They didn't rush us as we ate and we were there until 930. They allowed us to finish our meal there and did not mention the time at all. Thank you.

In the O?Charley? Canal Winchester location for dinner. I have to say this place is better than the one that's closer to home. We were immediately greeted and sitting. Our server, John D, welcomed us and delivered the best service we've ever found at O?Charley?s. He was very pleasant and very attentive. Kudos! Give the man a raise?
