Still my favorite branch in the Cape Town region, friendly staff (Thank you Amanda), strict Covid-19 protocols in place as masks are required, temp is taken, covid sign-in form to be completed at the door and sanitizing stations throughout the store. Ordered online via the Panarottis App this evening. Went to collect my order 20 minutes later. I collected and went home. When I got home and dished for my family we all tasted the rib and the steak. Very disgusted with the taste. It is so salty, and unpleasant to eat. We also got chilli it's old and smells off. Very disappointed I do not have the fuel to waste to drive back there to return the pizza so it will be going in the bin.

I have always loved going to Panarottis MP on Tuesdays for their delicious pizza. A week or two ago, I had a complaint about a new pizza I tried. The store contacted me, and made a generous offer which I will not disclose. Today I went for lunch, and the pizza was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was so delicious. A huge hug and thumbs up to my waitress. She instantly recognized my boyfriend and I. She is our absolute favorite. And my compliments to the chefs. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

Panarottis in the Promenade is fantastic. Staff is going above and beyond to help you and assist in everything you need. Chelsea and Vee(manager) are just as perfect waiter and manager should be. When it comes to food, five stars says it all. Thank you so much for a great evening.
