Mink Trout Wine Bistro

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at Mink Trout, the food was sophisticated and flavourful, and overall met all my expectations! <br/ <br/ Love the intimate venue, which still feels light and spacious. <br/ <br/ The waiters were great, not too in your face but they were there when you needed them. <br/ <br/ I absolutely love their wine by the glass options

Great wine and food. The only thing I could fault was the cauliflower dish that needed more seasoning. The main dish was beautiful and creme brûlée was tasty. My meals might not be available as they change their menu often, apparently.

Absolutely loved my dinner at Mink Trout. Delicious food, great wine and a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks for the fabulous evening. The gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had!

What an amazing experience. The ambiance, decor and service were wonderful, but the food was out of this world. We choose 5 of the tapas for 2 of us and left smacking our lips. The ceviche was not the usual flatly presented slices of fish as the yellow tail was rolled, herbed seasoned with granadilla, that was heavenly. The mussels were drenched in a delicious broth. The chicken parfait too was sensational. We’ll be back.

Bottomless champagne girl! That's all you need to know, but food is very small so maybe have a snack before, for dessert have ice cream, it's the biggest on the menu and pretty good. Saturday brunch is deffs a win
