Mr Pizza King - Cambridge City

It hurts my feelings to leave such a negative review... I loved this place long ago.Pros: pizza was pretty good, tacos were ok but some ingredients included they didn 't have this wasnt mentioned until after the food came out (after the pizza showed up)Cons: service was oh so very very very very bad. I ended up getting to the point of getting my own refills for the table. A different server came to do it once. The free bread sticks for a 16 pizza were not given, yet it 's advertised behind the register.... After the waitress never returning to the table for apx 45 minutes I went to the counter... Rang their bell waited... Waited... Waited ... Ended up setting back down. waited more... Finally another person at my table went to the from to ask for two boxes, she showed up over 15minutes later with one box, I politely ask for a second box... She said so what 's that one more? .... With the second box finally the bill shows up. Then I go up front and send the others to wait in the car whole I pay. Another 13 minutes, the bill (she wrote) confused her... She had to go ask a manager, another 17 minutes... Finally time to pay... Price is $27 too high, the finally learned her own wrighting... She was left s $5 tip because I understand being a server is a terrible job for the vastly uneducated, I was a server too at one point as a teenager.I just am so disappointed it breaks my heart.. Last time I 'll ever go here againCarry out or go somewhere else

We order weekly from here, best pizza and food ever! Highly recommend you try the cowboy pizza!

Ok service, terrible pizza. The meats were all very greasy and rubbery, the cheese was plasticy, the sauce was bitter, and the crust was somehow both soggy and stiff at the same time. There's no crust handle so I tried eating with a fork too, but had trouble cutting through the pizza because the cheese and the crust were both cardboard. Most $3 freezer pizzas taste better and higher quality. I wouldn't eat this again for free. The employees were fine and served you then left you alone, vanishing into the kitchen then occasionally coming back to check on you. I got a 3 topping 12-inch with a fountain drink, $19.25 before a tip. Save yourself some money and buy a couple 6 hour old Little Caesars pizzas for better taste.

What a great place to eat. They reopen in Jan. 1 2015 . It was remodel and very clean. They have great food and great service . I would like everyone to try this new pizza king.
