Mcdonald's - Cambridge City

I had to send my sandwich back because it was ice cold. They microwaved it for 3 minutes and returned it to me. When I told the manager that she had lied to my face about it being fresh, I was frustrated. We all know how microwave food looks and tastes, so there's no way it could have gotten that hot naturally.

The general manager lacks professionalism and treats employees poorly while also mocking customers. They require staff to wear gloves but only instruct them to change them once an hour. It feels like there's a surveillance issue going on.
