Luigis Fast Food Takeaway - Calderdale

Ordered and paid online for it to be delivered at 6.30pm. By 7.40pm it had still not arrived. I had been constantly ringing however no answer and phone line was engaged for approx 20 mins. Decided to go to collect the food and it was closed! Not impressed at all

I placed an order online through their website and paid in advance. When I arrived to pick up my food, I found that the restaurant was closed. It's possible that there was an emergency. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of ordering from here - it's a good idea to call ahead first!

Ordered 2 pizzas, donner meat (which was lovely) and cheesy chips. My chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom pizza didn't taste of anything, and had hardly any tomato sauce on it. The cheesy chips were cold. Will order again, because our previous delivery was gorgeous.

Pizza and fries for the family. Not a bad price and was delivered via just eats. Not bad food but a tad soggy

The restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The service was appalling, the customer service was awful, and the management was abysmal. The food arrived only lukewarm, and when I tried to call to address the issue, they hung up on me. It is unacceptable how they treated me and it took 3-5 days to receive a refund. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant at all costs. I will be sharing my negative experience on various platforms and filing a complaint with their supposed manager, who is also unreachable at 03330 165548.
