Palm Cove Tavern - Cairns

We loved this place went twice while staying in palm Cove. Great atmosphere and great cocktails. We went on Sunday and they had a pizza and cocktail deal that was fantastic it was a pity we were going to nu nu for lunch so could not have the pizza. We went back the next night for an early dinner and the food was good . They have a great play area for the kids and Monday night kids eat free so there were lots of kids there. So if you have kids it's a good place to go but if you don't it's good to avoid on Monday nights. They have lots of TV with sports playing. A great covered out door area. There is also a drive through bottle shop with a great selection.

Have had very mixed experiences since we have been coming to Palm Cove over the past 15 years and eagerly awaiting the opening when Covid shut us all down. Finally got to experience the new tavern tonight with a group of 8 friends. Very impressed with the clean decor. The staff were fabulous and the meals great. Our guests who stay in our apartment have also been recommending. Well done. It’s a yes from us

Excellent choice of food and drinks at very competitive prices, and seating was very comfortable for couples or families. Food was tasty and generous in size and served promptly. Great customer service from the friendly and professional staff, and overall the premises very clean. Highly recommended

Always a great place to chill out with a drink with friends after work. Staff and management of highest quality to give the best dining experience. As a local who eats here regularly is the first choice to meet new locals and visitors and have a chat over a beer or drink of choice.
