The best and biggest peice of fish and chips I have ever tasted, the crumbed fish was perfectly cooked and it's not overcooked or undercooked

Battered mac, chips and Greek salate. absolutely delicious! good, clean and friendly place. first fishing n chips for me in Australia and it was a certain number of points. definitely recommend.

A hamburger with ei and speck ordered. the workers were happy and bubbly. the young lady who cooked my burger was absolutely beautiful with a beautiful smile. highly recommended

I have eaten here on many occasions, the customer service is fantastic and the food is even better. The burgers are the best I've had in Cairns. The fish is perfectly crumbed and the chips are crispy and delicious. They have an amazing selection of salads, and it's always fresh. It's very rare that someone can say they've never had a bad peice of food from somewhere when they go there regularly, but that's the case with Captain Cook's dinner, I've not had anything so far that was even mediocre. Keep up the great work. Yummy

Tried them 6 months ago and was not impressed. Including attitude. But decided to give them another go today only because it was convenient and could not believe the difference. The customer service was great and the food was nothing short of delicious. Beautiful burgers and perfectly cooked fish and chips. It was a pleasurable experience on every level. I definitely intend to go back again and this time it won't be 6 months in between. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.
