Muddy's Cafe - Cairns

We found a fantastic restaurant near our hotel. Although their ordering system and delivery could use some improvement, the food was tasty. The portions were generous, with the fish order meant for two easily satisfying four people. A kind local patron asked to share our remaining food and we gladly agreed. We returned for breakfast, which was exceptionally delicious.

The breakfast was very good, the atmosphere was beautiful, and there were many people coming and going. The view of the sea was stunning, and there was a large children's playground next to the cafe.

The service at this restaurant was not very friendly as the staff did not smile and seemed uninterested. It was disappointing that there was no ice cream available before the milkshakes were ready. The prices were a bit high, but if they promise ice cream for children, they should deliver. If you can wait, I would recommend trying the cafes on the street instead.

Hands down the best smoothie I have every had… When we were visiting Cairns from Vancouver Canada, we went to Muddy’s almost every morning for one of there smoothies.

Dont walk past this bustling cafe on the boardwalk. The menu is diverse and the food cannot be faulted.
