Orujo is a unique experience. I've been there for several places, each one of my visits was exceptional. it is like being in a Master Cook sequence and be able to observe, smell, and finally taste and eat all wonderful delicious surprises that chef portela and his fantastic crew painfully prepare. more than fine eating is a gastronomic reeducation. for me, orujos is part of the culinary manifestation that tears the walls of the foreseeable international and globalized á la carte concept, and they are excellent. two last hands, do not come into the hurry. dress comfortable and if they are vegetarian they are for a hard one.
