Tasty halal restaurant in san juan! owners were very friendly and nice. the food was great, we have a mixed donation plate. meat was very tasteful. def recommends for Muslims visiting the island.

I need to find another place. I lived in nyc and nothing comes close to cafe istanbul regarding taste, quality and service! the hummus is also from this world.

Immediately after I came to San juan and searched for a place to eat, found my man and I cafe isanbul of google. we visited this beautiful restaurant. everything was amazing and authentic. meal times were sooo delicious. but above all the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. highly recommended!

I have visited this place for years and it is by far, one of my favorite restaurants in puerto rico and they serve my favorite humus of all time! excellent service, consistently amazing taste and quality, always fresh eating and always visiting a warm place. also appreciate the vegan options in the menu (definitatiw recommend the go-to my wife and I: combination board w/o tzatziki). a must in san juan! thank you!
