The staff at the Burnley store are always friendly, the music is fantastic, and the coffee is consistently great. They make a real effort to take care of their customers and I may not visit often, but whenever I do, I always have a wonderful experience thanks to the brilliant staff.

We visited the other day and we were delighted by a young little lady with 2 toned hair. This was our first visit so she told us alittle about the coffee and suggested the lemon slice. Later on she saw our table got slightly crowded therefore offered to clear it so we had more space. We really appreciated the attention to detail never mind the warm welcome, will for sure be back again.
