Pronto Pizza - Burnley

I placed an online order as I usually do every week. The pizzas arrived barely warm because the driver claimed he couldn't locate our address. The order was wrong, and when I called to ask for a replacement, I was told that they didn't make a mistake. The customer service was terrible when the manager spoke to me on the phone. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I came based on a strong recommendation from a friend. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my pizza for takeout was still cooking, which was excellent. The food was packed and handed to me straight out of the oven, with quality ingredients and a delicious taste. They even included a couple of extra garlic sauces, which was a nice touch. The pizza was still piping hot even by the time I got home. I will definitely be returning, as I enjoyed the open-plan layout of the pizza shop. Being able to watch the food being prepared was very reassuring. Thank you for a great experience!

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but recently the quality has decreased while prices have increased. I paid £20 for a stuffed crust pizza that had no filling in the crust. The pizza was so oily that it was dripping down my hands and arms. I have never experienced a pizza dripping like that before, and it was definitely not a sign of good quality. I will not be returning to this place.

Knock on the door, and I was greeted with a driver smoking his cigarette while waiting..he then proceeded to stub it out on my wall! My son opened his pizza….no steam as there usually is..it was barely warm! He could only manage 2 slices before wanting to put it in the microwave, which for a child with Autism is a complete no go! I called prontos immediately, whom ever I spoke to was extremely apologetic, and said they’d get a fresh pizza out! Within minutes I got a call from “The Manager” his attitude was disgusting! Apparently couldn’t understand WHY a pizza we always get, and arrives piping hot….got cold in the TWENTY FIVE MINUTES it was with the driver!! He reluctantly sent a new pizza out, but I needed to give the 1st pizza back!! Delivery driver arrived…..I’ve never felt so intimidated! Questioning me WHY 2 slices had been eaten, asking WHY I’m being awkward….it was only when I said to him “would you eat cold pizza?” He gave me the fresh pizza!! We use Prontos quite often, however they have now lost our custom!! Change the attitude of your customer service, instead of being intimidating, argumentative and rude!!

Can’t believe I’ve wasted so much money and frustration on Domino’s when there is this place. Lovely pizza, great service, good price, fast ordering…what more can you want from a takeout pizza. Will defo order from here again.
