The Bristol Bar and Grill - Burlington

I had the jambalaya on the "Happy Hour" menu as we were there before 7 pm. Great I thought.... The waitress took for EVER to take our order then it took for EVER to get our drinks and didn't bother to tell me I could get the Jambalaya mild if I wanted. Well it came spicy hot after a long loooooong wait ! It was soooo hot I could only eat 1/2 of it. Then we had to wait and wait and wait for the bill to get the hell out of there.... and then she tried to ding us FULL price when it was on the "Happy Hour" menu for 8 bucks. At 8 bucks it would be a good deal but ask for it MILD if like your taste buds in tact !

I've been to their sister pub in Mississauga in a quiet neighbourhood mall. That was a good experience, so I thought I'd try this place. Well, this is in a much busier location, close to beer, liquor store and a chain grocery store. The pub was full this afternoon, patronized by many regulars. I had a $5 draught on special and the Calamari. The squid rings were good, not great... Pub-type menu, average prices.The best part though was the service from Mary 52 (that's not her age, she said...!)Attentive, cheerful and professional. And, who knew it was only her second day on the job...? You did well, Mary.

I really Enjoy Most People Frequenting this Local Eatery the Food is Great the Portions are Generous at the Right Price I would not let some Selfish Customer Spoil your Experience it sadly happens often in many Restaurants The Staff are Incredible but again there are always Hick ups and as a Frequent Customer I know the Owners Expect the Most of there Staff and they are Very Professional. Enjoy this Local Eatery

I went to this location with a friend and the service took forever, the waitress came to our table and the first thing she said was " I can't believe i'm still effin working here, I was supposed to be done at 3"... terrible way to start our experience, took forever to bring us a drink and when a violent drunk started acting out at the bar she continued to serve him. She even went to the extent of joking with him (Must have been a regular). The server looked like she had just crawled out of a small hole in Jackson Square, swore about 20 times and must have been drinking on the job.When we confronted her about the drunk she proceeded to tell us it was our fault and kicked us out, I will never come back to this hole in the wall again. Food was terrible, drinks were below average and the waitress was clearly a drug addict.Save yourself some money and time by staying away from this bar, this location has a new bar in it every year. This is by far the worst.

Hidden at the back of a little mall. The staff are very pleasant, and right there to serve you. The food is delicious and the Chef has changed our menu as there are foods I just can't eat. The prices are very reasonable. There are specials every day to pick from. Great Stir Fry.
