Papa John's - Burlington

I am a fan of pizza and I have sampled many pizza places in Burlington. I was not extremely impressed, but I also was not dissatisfied with my experience. When my pizza arrived, I noticed that the pepperoni was placed under the cheese, which is a pet peeve of mine. The flavor of the pizza was okay and the service was excellent, but the overall style of the restaurant was not quite to my liking. However, if you appreciate that particular style of pizza, I am certain you would enjoy this restaurant.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pepperoni stuffed pizza and was disappointed to find that it was made incorrectly. The pepperoni was placed under the cheese, resulting in a soggy and unappetizing taste. Additionally, the olives were wet and uncooked, adding to the unpleasant texture. Toppings should be placed on top of the cheese to ensure they cook properly. I was extremely disappointed with my dinner and felt like it was a waste of money. The restaurant should learn to follow proper pizza-making procedures.

I ordered pizza at 11:49 pm through DoorDash on November 7th. The estimated delivery time was 12:25, but my order was cancelled at 12:59. I also attempted to call the restaurant directly at 12:40 to pick up my order instead of using DoorDash, but no one answered after multiple attempts. I am disappointed with Papa John's for this experience and hope that a manager takes notice and addresses the issue. It is frustrating to wait for over an hour and a half only to go to bed hungry.

These people took the order over phone and cancelled it when i reached there , I travelled for 10 km and so don't order after 12:30

My first time trying Papa John's overall I don't know if it's this place or it's just Papa John's taste like a frozen pizza and oily like a oil leak it was not good don't get me started on the garlic sauce...overall fit for the trash can!
