Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

Kelseys is an amazing restaurant franchise that has recently introduced a new menu featuring a variety of food options while still maintaining its classic offerings. The delicious food and wide selection is a major draw for me to visit this restaurant. The trendy sports-themed atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, complete with fantastic entertainment options.

This restaurant experience was terrible. My wife and I had our second date since the last lift of restrictions and reserved a table for 6:30 on a Saturday. The place was only half full so we didn't really need the reservation. The server came in a reasonable amount of time and our appetizers and drinks arrived promptly. However, we had requested water with our order which never came. We waited for our server to bring it but he never did, even after 20 minutes of not checking on us. The table next to us had a different server who checked on them multiple times before ours came back. I had to ask another server to get our water, who apologized and mentioned they were busy with takeout orders. We were offered 2 free desserts as compensation for the wait. When our meals finally arrived after over an hour, my wife received the wrong dish and had to wait for the correct one. My burger was missing condiments so I had to ask the host for them. The substitute meal for my wife came quickly and our meals were decent. We finally got our desserts, but we ended up staying much longer than necessary. There are plenty of other restaurant options, so we will not be returning to this location.

Our first visit to the terrace since lockdown was cancelled was an incredible experience. The servers were wonderful and very friendly. The food was delicious and arrived promptly.

I had dinner with my wife for our weekday night. Thoughts about the chili, but at the end I decided to fish and chips. My wife had snackpack wings perfect for her. Fish was made beautiful, Pommes were good ...a few too many small ends) Beer cannot show by Pitcher tho Menu ot A good meal made better by our server Melissa.

Hi my fans ..word to the wise Avoid this kelseys at all cost Strike one. Don't know how to make martini Strike two no lettuce for keto wrap Strike 3 I ordered a ceasar drink and waiter put in order for a ceasar salad Must...be over worked or out all night drinking with his friends He seemed did oriented and not therein mind Ok I've been to much better Kelsey s like on burloak So if u want to take your chances here David the butcher.
