Sammy's Italian Bistro - Burleson

My husband and I like to visit Sammy's for date nights. The quality of the food is not exceptional but it is consistent. I'd stick with pasta dishes over the salads and pizzas though for the best offerings. The service is the reason we go back. It's alocal favorite and the ambiance is quaint. It is BYOB as well so we bring a bottle of wine when we go. It's not going to blowyour mind but it probably won't disappoint either if you keep in mind that it is not a high end restaurant.

This was my first visit. I was quite disappointed. A friend had highly recommended Sammy's and, because he's normally been on point with his opinion, I was expecting great things. This, unfortunately, wasn't the case. The portions are too small for myliking.

One of our favorite places for Italian food. Always great food with super service! And the coffee is great!

The food portion was extremely large for the price. Service was very awesome!!! Don the server was so funny.

This place is a hidden gem!! We had a Birthday celebration there last night (party of 15). We had the best time at Sammy’s! The food was absolutely delicious and Don (our waiter) was so attentive. Highly recommend finding Sammy’s!!! We will be back!!
