Every time i order its the same thing. More than an hour to get my order. If i choose delivery its an hour and a half to 2 hours before i see my food. If i go pick it up at the alloted time scheduled its a solid 30 min wait. This location is the only one i fight with time wise. Either its understaffed or just plain irresponsible

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is essentially non-existent. Order was placed at 6:04 to be ready at 6:30. I arrived shortly after 6:30 and waited behind 3 people in line. After giving the name on the order and paying, I was told it was not ready. At 6:45, I inquired that the order was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I was told that they were running behind. I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The pizza arrived two hours after I ordered it, cold and dry. The driver knocked on the door and quickly left, so I never saw it. I regret giving a tip for such poor service. Additionally, the pizza was left on the ground outside my door without being sealed. This happened on March 13, 2022.

The restaurant sent the incorrect pizza and then refused to answer the phone when we tried to contact them to rectify the mistake.
