Kabu - Brussel Centrum

One word: excellent!! The friendly welcome, pleasant and trendy decor creates an intimate atmosphere. The menu offers interesting choices, with the trio menu being a must-try. I recommend the black cod and ponzu eggplants. However, I was a little disappointed with the Japanese pizza as it lacked the refinement of the other dishes. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for its reasonable prices.

Elegant plates, friendly staff, great selection of wines, excellent service, and a unique concept. Japanese cuisine with a twist. I appreciate the focus on fresh and high-quality ingredients, beautifully prepared and presented. Definitely planning to return!

Original concept but the kitchen lacks coherence. Some dishes were very good. others have terribly disappointed poelé foie gras that arrives raw in the plate.

Very nice kitchen, not really big portions, but super sexy. The service isn't top yet, but they're nice. It's best to take a trio menu with a man's dish. We're definitely going back. A rapist!

The restaurant has a cozy and calm atmosphere with excellent service that is helpful and discreet. The kitchen is perfect, and the location is superb. We enjoy dining here frequently as everything is just perfect.
