Wendy's - Brooklyn

Even if they forget one of my commands of fritten, eating was well done and the staff was very friendly. they corrected their mistakes and the whole food was clearly only cooked. can't ask for more of an almost food franchise. food: 3/5

The timeliness of the drive thru was slowwww, but the dame that worked the window was very nice.

I’m sorry, but wendy’s is so slow that not only invite all of them not only take them all day to serve them the food is cold up that they simply go through and through/doordash because the walk in the customers is a bit much for the manager to handle. they are so many workers and the service is so poor and they are dirty as they treat it. a mess

Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible could be an understatement. simply an order on the drive thru, how to do it and was immediately met with a disgusting unauthorized mood.

The food is very good in here, customer service was awesome! But there are so much people waiting to order
