Stone Park Cafe - Brooklyn

Food was generally great tasty but the half Roasted Half Chicken was more like a quarter chicken.

Braised Beef Short Rib was lovely, tender and moist Pumpkin Tiramisu was a bit small for the price and New England Clam Chowder a bit salty but overall tasty and what youd expect from Stone Park Cafe.

We have enjoyed their food and decided to do a takeout for New Years Eve dinner. Unfortunately, it was awful. New England Clam Chowder was pretty salty, and the clam tasted low quality. (housemade oyster crackers and basil oil were good). The Kurobuta Spiral Ham dish was extremely salty especially the polenta in this dash. With the cured ham and so salty polenta, it was uneatable we threw them away. Really disappointing.

I love to sit down and eat here--but their delivery does not disappoint on those days when you cant make it out! It always comes fast, hot, and packaged perfectly so that nothing gets soggy. And tonight, they even threw in a free side of mashed potatoes...lucky me! Worth every penny.

Chicken salad when made correctly and well can be excellent. But occassionally they forget ingrients, or chicken is rubbery and/or ice cold
