Bidrage med feedbackStill and always my favorite spot in NYC. I always make a point to bring guests and family. The passion and freshness shines through with every dish.
Everything was great but would skip the ramen matzoball soup. Didn’t compare to the pastrami
The service was very weak, although maybe we just went an off night. Our server forgot our drinks and one of our main dishes. I was really looking forward to trying this spot but the food was not worth the price or the hype. The only reason I'd return is if accompanied by a gluten/dairy free friend because they do have many options for those with dietary restrictions. Just prepare to be patient.
We went for the 3 course dinner on Christmas day and were blown away. The food was delicious. A lot of fusion places will put one country’s food in a taco or something and call it fusion. It’s lazy. But not here. This place actually carefully crafted Jewish-Japanese fusion dishes that work amazingly well together. Will absolutely be returning.
Pretty mids and way over priced. I was here like 5 years ago and it was way better. Turned into an auto pilot spot. The only dish that was very solid was the okonomiyaki latke. Otherwise food was nothing special. Service didn’t hit, and atmosphere was ehh. Def would not return with the selection of restaurants in the city. A good idea, but has no match to its hype. Left unimpressed by it all.
