A meal at Peter Luger was like taking a step back in time. From the first step in the door, you are transported to a moment in New York history. Coming here was on my bucket list of steakhouses to visit and it did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had a parking lot across the street reserved for this restaurant which was great since street parking can be tough to find in this area. The waiting area was a bit crowded but we were still able to grab a quick drink and I ordered the Luger Lager, essentially a hoppy lager that?s the closest thing they have to an IPA, and it was delicious and

This was a true experience! We couldn?t wait to come to New York to come here and eat some steak! The food was phenomenal, from the steak to the salmon, to the lamb chops to all the sides! Everything was absolutely delicious! Make sure you get the creamy spinach as well! The service was the highlight! The staff is super attentive and makes sure your happy with everything you order. I high recommend without a doubt!

This place exceeded expectations. It feels like an old steakhouse, which it is, so it had a certain charm to it. Steak was delicious and perfectly cooked, a little on the rarer side of medium rare. Onion rings were incredible, fries were good, and the bacon was also awesome. This was easily the best steakhouse experience I?ve had in a LONG time. Well worth the price.

Can't go wrong with this steakhouse. Make sure you tip good as the servers are amazing . Romanians get a 10+
