Bidrage med feedbackIn new york city lived my whole life and never had anything from the pizza legends john 's, totonno 's, etc., but from all regular, everyday pizza shops I ever had, la nowa is without doubt the best pizza i 've ever had. if you walk past the place, you wouldn't even give it a second look. but don't let you so stupid! perfect, and I mean my p r f e c t, crust: right thick [not too thin and not the sponge **** they get from the chain pizzerias] with the right amount give crispy .... a surprisingly diverse wide range of toppings. la nowa is the war! I was really sad when I came down to the last few slices because it won't be anymore! let me say: I hate online reviews that are so obviously fake, but that's not me a single bit. I rarely write online reviews. and if I write a review, then it's either because something is so good that I have to let everyone know, or because something is so bad, I have to try to warn people away. unnecessarily to say, la nowa falls squarely into the former care! Finally, note that this place is the wonderfulness in ordering the delivery: it took 90 minutes .... absolutely the wait to be safe! but I understand why it took so long: in view of the delicious pizza, they must have a non-stop influence of orders! 1) and I could also add, never had the cheese **** happened to boxing once. quick update about delivery: I ordered three days in order of la nowa pizza and with this the results. tay 1: 90 minutes tay 2: guy never shows day 3: 55 minutes as with delivery, as the proverb goes: their kilometers can vary.
We love La Nova! The grandma pie is amazing and the guy behind the counter is super nice accommodating. It’s quickly become our go to neighborhood pizza place.
Actually, I get leery when I only see a few reviews. But for $2.25, this isn't a bad slice of pizza.Generous cheese and sauce, decent size slice.Biggest problem is that the sauce and crust are bland.Just adding Dollar Tree Italian seasoning to the sauce would make this a better slice.Changing to a better flour for the crust and getting a good selection of Italian seasonings would make this a great slice.
It’s good pizza for the price for sure. The crust isn’t gooey it’s just right. The only complaint and reason for the 3 stars is that the sauce is sorta bland and has potential, they need to spice it up. Other than that it’s my go to for reasonable decent pizza in this area!
Took over two hours for delivery...food quality is average for NYC. Frequently missing certain men...
