Kuma Nyc - Brooklyn

Just ate some ramen and totally disappointed. I don’t think ever reviewed food before but chicken was just randomly cooked chicken, broth was bad. Driver was polite and punctual.

Maybe the elephant and salmon salad wouldn't have been as satisfying if we had ordered it at 11 o'clock, but the flavors were still good and the portions were generous. I just wish there was less rice in the bowl. It's quicker and cheaper to call for pick-up instead of ordering online.

Lachssalat was underwhelming. there were 5 pieces of spicy salmon under a medium-sized bowl of nothing but salad. the salmon was delicious and spicy, without being muddy, but it was far too few in a bed salate.

I love the udon here- it’s best ive found in NY imo, and certainly holds up to any place I can find in Manhattan/Brooklyn

To experience 1.3 miles, there is no interference from a woman in the register that was curt, no less. that was funny, especially on an empty one. kuma should probably update that before someone makes a similar mistake. a potential lost. make you enjoy and beat jin ramen sushi about 10 minutes away on the m instead.
