Bidrage med feedbackNot the best cha chan tang I've been to but not bad. The Portuguese baked pork chop rice was pretty good. The condensed milk toast was also pretty good. The seafood pasta was just okay, don't recommend it.
I rarely leave Google reviews but I loved this place so much that I feel have to. I haven't come here in MANY years and I finally came here again for the first time last week and honestly I'm blown away by what I've been missing out on. Amazing food so far we've tried the baked portuguese chicken, shrimp wonton lo mein, fried fish with cream corn, curry fish balls, kowloon toast and sweet and sour pork everything was a HIT. I love both their hong kong style milk tea and their coffee w. milk tea that I tried. Hoping to try more menu items soon! Honestly, if you're on the fence about going here, just go! We were looking for good cantonese food and were planning to go to a different place originally but I wasn't feeling the other place and so suggested trying this one instead on a whim and it was the best decision!
Nice and large dishes. At least price much reasonable than Chicago. My last day and last dinner atNewYork. Surely, I will be back. Server is nice as well.
We have been eating in this cafe very often before the pandemic, but now it is much better. It is less crowded than before pandemic time. I like the fact that they use plastic shields to separate each group. Food quality was good and food portion was big. Lots of Authentic HK style dishes. The waiters are more attentive and prompt compared to the past.
[Jan 2020] Pretty full venue on a weekend around 11a. Came here multiple times earlier this year because the food is so good!! Service was good and food came out quick! [COVID 19] The venue closed in March and it took a while for it to open back up. Glad to see it’s open again. No outdoor dining—not enough space and so much noise pollution from the D train station. Order for take out — [FOOD] The wonton noodle soup is delicious! It comes pretty close to my fave place in Chinatown (Noodle Village). The dish is so large that I took the leftovers home. I also got the Club Sandwich Special because they had a nice photo on the wall and I was staring at it. It might look simple, but it was very yummy. The bread is toasty, just the right amount of mayo, nothing falls apart... [DRINK] HK milk tea here is — 30 year old from NYC prefers Asian food generally cooks at home always looking for a good deal yummy dishes semi dry Riesling or Malbec/Merlot
