Lovely birthday dinner! Our server, Christian was terrific!

Good ambiance. Food was delicious. Outstanding customer service.

Hadn’t been to Jakes in 18 years so wasn’t sure if it was still as good as remembered. It certainly was. Best bone-in ribeye I’ve had in years, cooked perfectly “Jakes way” — blue cheese and frizzled onions), classic wedge salad done right and a perfect martini. Service was great. Hope I don’t have to wait another 18 years to go back!

Our food and service were excellent, as always. However we were disappointed by the hostess, who we found to be unusually cold and disinterested. Jake's is aware that we prefer to sit downstairs in the bar area, as the upstairs area is noisy. When we checked in we were told by the hostess that none of the 3 empty tables were available to us in the bar area, as they were being saved for customers who would not be able to walk up the stairs. My issue is not with this explanation, but with the attitude of the hostess. She did not offer an apology and just turned to show us to a table upstairs. The table we were taken to was next to a very noisy party the reason we prefer the bar area. When we finished our meal, those tables remained empty. Again, the food and service were terrific, but the hostess did not exhibit the professional demeanor we are so used to at Jake's.

We love Jake’s Steakhouse. Have been going here for several years now. We can always count on a delicious meal and great service!
