Tim Hortons - Brockville

The service at this restaurant is consistently good, even in locations outside the Greater Toronto Area Airport. There was a small line, but one of the employees who was originally assigned to the drive-thru quickly switched to handling cash inside the store and efficiently cleared the line. Great service overall.

They won't be organized tonight because they screwed up my order like four times, because they weren't impressed when I went up there.

I had to drive through the restaurant twice because they couldn't get my simple order right - a four cheese bagel with butter. I was so frustrated that I ended up throwing my bagel out the window. I also ordered a medium hot chocolate with two creams, but received a hot chocolate without cream. They really need to pay more attention and hire better staff. The only compliment I have is for the lady who served me at the drive-thru.

Not sure what happened here, but I ordered 12 different Muffins and 20 Timbits and it was like they had to bake from scratch. Not impressed, there were coffee split on the Muffins box and there were only 4 types of... Timbits?? Strange.

Good experience at this Tim Horton's in Brockville in the drive thru with an extra large dark roast to go.
