This restaurant is definitiw away from the beaten path. the first attempt that we were not far enough on the road. the second attempt was successful. prepare for the 2 lanes to turn into a 3/4 lane, and this is where they find the booque...au creux du feu. we wanted to try something else, so we both had the croute au fromage avec jambon, or brot with ham and cheese. my man had added an egg to his. that's not a ham and cheese sandwich. it is brot immersed in white wine and then placed in a dish with ham top. the whole thing is crushed and boiled with cheese until the fee is golden and gooey. we also have a dried beef and a poisoning plate. there was no hurry and the meal was fantastic.
