Bidrage med feedbackWe chose this restaurant on advice of a person in the area (thank you). We had lunch on the veranda in the cool, the staff was very kind and helpful to explain also some specialties, food and wine were of quality. We were fine and we relaxed. Recommended!
Me and my partner, we went to magic lunch. They brought us ravioli of braised to the ragù that were hot outside, but the filling was cold, they put a spoon in the dish and then ask if we want it again. ****, it was right to taste the quantity put in the dish. Same with the second, 2 slices of roastbeef with a little salad ,1/4 of tomato and two scales of number grain and also here after the first slice they asked us if we wanted it again. Bringed the coffee and spent in total 12 euros. For the same amount we ate better and in more quantities in other premises. First and last time
Every year we book and visit this trattoria at least. Traditional local food is genuine and prepared in a simple and homemade way. It can be pasted with a blurred wine, the less interesting red the white. Overall a good opportunity to take a trip and spend a pleasant day. At the last visit, however, we discovered that we could not order a card but there was a fixed price menu. We were so stuck in the long times dictated by the full menu round with the alternative between long breaks or eating more than desired to deceive the wait to arrive at the end of the meal. So on this occasion the experience was not as pleasant as we expected (and even the account ultimately). On our request the manager told us that when they have many people they do so. Conclusion: We suggest the manager to report during the preotation if only the fixed price menu is expected (especially if it is a weekday as it happened to us). These attentions can make it less challenging to return to your local.
We went by chance around here, and we just slipped into this restaurant. Simple environment, but really exquisite cuisine and incredibly honest prices. If we go back here we will definitely make another stop!
The Chestnut is a certainty! You eat well always and if you are lucky you will enjoy the accordion of Marino. A touch of exotic is given by the new Calabrian waiter Antonio
